toytoe.COM uses the above shippers as our preferred shipping options. Please note the following:

1. International shipment may be subject to local customs fees and duties.

2. toytoe.COM will not be liable for any taxes and duties, confiscations or any extra charges that may be applied by the laws & regulations of your country.

We will try our best to ensure a successful and discreet delivery. You will receive an email from us that requires your acknowledgement for shipping to your country.

EXCHANGE RATES & PAYMENT MODES

Items on our site are priced and charged in US Dollar, Euro, and RMB. The exact exchange rate is determined by the bank that issued your Credit card or Debit Card, but it should match closely with current exchange rates. We recommend XE as a reference source in providing the most updated foreign exchange rate calculation. 

We accept payments for all international orders via the website via PayPal/Card Payment (powered by Stripe). Paypal is toytoe.COM’s preferred choice as it is 100% safe and secure. It also accepts all Major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Masters, Amex) even without a PayPal Account.  

Please note that all payments must be confirmed by our customer service team before we will process and ship out your package on the next working day.

TRACKING ORDERS

toytoe.COM will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the shipping status is updated and made known to us.

3 Simple Steps

Step 1 : Click the above freight forwarder logo that has been assigned

Step 2 : Find the 'Tracking Bar' or 'Track My Parcel" field in the shipper’s website

Step 3 : Copy and paste your tracking number from the email you received from us

Alternatively, you may wish to call the shipper’s customer service hotline directly to check the status of your parcel once you receive your tracking number.

DISCLAIMERS & RETURNS POLICY

1. toytoe.COM will not accept any Returns from International orders. All sales are non-refundable.

2. '14 days one to one exchange' will not be applicable for International shipments.

3. For brands under a 1 year warranty, customers will bear the shipping cost of the replacement item. Refer to our FAQ for more information. 

4. toytoe.COM is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products and website.

5. toytoe.COM will not be held liable for any injury caused by misuse of our products.

6. toytoe.COM will not be liable for any loss of shipment, any taxes and duties, confiscations or any extra charges that may be applied by the laws & regulations of your country. However, we will try our best to ensure successful delivery.

7. FREE DELIVERY FEE will be capped at 2KG, charges will incur for parcels more than 2KG.
